Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and yesb3 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the yesb3 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and payment processing.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the yesb3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling or wagering on the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any yesb3 employee, officer, or business partner.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

When you register with yesb3, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

• You may only register and maintain one account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• All registration information must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify yesb3 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• yesb3 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Accounts may be suspended pending successful completion of KYC checks.

Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy procedure. yesb3 will make reasonable attempts to contact you using your registered details before applying any dormancy policy to your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

yesb3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via payment methods available in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• yesb3 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. We recommend you review your provider's own terms before initiating a transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and KYC verification. yesb3 aims to process standard withdrawals within the same business day for amounts up to ৳50,000.
• yesb3 reserves the right to hold, freeze, or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

yesb3 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any additional terms stated within the individual promotion.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated within each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and are for the sole use of the registered account holder. They have no standalone cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money before wagering requirements are met.
• yesb3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Any suspected misuse of bonus offers — including bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, or low-risk systematic wagering — may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and registered payment method.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game or games and will expire within 7 days of being credited unless the relevant promotion's terms state otherwise.

5. Responsible Gaming Obligations

yesb3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting the welfare of its players. We provide practical tools to help players manage their activity, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following provisions form part of these Terms.

• Players may set deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During an active time-out, the account may not be used for any gaming or wagering activity.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who believes they need a longer break from gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and apply for a minimum of 6 months. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to reopen or circumvent their exclusion.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yesb3 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, balances may be voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in poker, card games, sports betting, or any other game or market available on the platform.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds primarily for the purpose of cycling them through the platform without genuine gaming activity or intent.
• Registering more than one account, allowing another person to use your account, or using any account that is not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or platform fault to obtain funds or an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a technical fault may be voided at yesb3's sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the yesb3 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of yesb3 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the yesb3 platform without the express written permission of yesb3.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All trademarks and trade names of these providers remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. yesb3 makes no claim of ownership over provider intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yesb3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the yesb3 platform or any of its services.

yesb3 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of yesb3 is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

yesb3 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where practical, registered players may also be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of yesb3 after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
